At American Christian, we believe that honoring God, Country, Family, and Faith extends to how we serve you, even down to the delivery of your order. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we get our mission-driven apparel and merchandise from our hands to yours with care, speed, and integrity.

By placing an order on https://rxzzj1-rz.myshopify.com, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are hand-inspected and carefully packaged by our U.S.-based team with pride and purpose.

  • Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
  • Flash Sale Periods (e.g., “25% off Everything”): Processing may take up to 5 business days due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience as we fulfill each order with the attention it deserves.
  • Pre-Orders or Backordered Items: If a product is marked as “Coming Soon” or out of stock, estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page. You will be notified via email if delays occur.

Note: Processing time is separate from and in addition to shipping transit time.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship only within the United States (including all 50 states and U.S. territories). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Free Shipping applies automatically at checkout for qualifying orders.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and do not include processing time.
  • Rural or remote addresses may experience slightly longer delivery windows.

Expedited Shipping:

  • For faster delivery, select USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2-Day Air at checkout.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may ship the following business day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.
  • Click the tracking link to monitor your package in real time.
  • Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

We recommend reviewing your tracking regularly. American Christian is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier, unless tracking evidence shows otherwise.

4. Shipping Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout (including apartment/unit numbers).
  • We cannot reroute packages once they’ve been dispatched.
  • PO Boxes are accepted for USPS shipments only (not UPS).
  • We do not ship to hotels, freight forwarders, or package forwarding services.

If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment fees or issued a refund minus original shipping costs.

5. Delays & Carrier Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, American Christian is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Carrier backlogs (e.g., USPS, UPS holiday volume)
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses
  • Customs (not applicable for U.S. domestic orders)
  • Government interventions or public emergencies

We will assist in locating delayed packages and work with carriers to resolve issues, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days or is marked “Lost” by the carrier, contact us within 30 days of shipment.
  • We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
  • Resolution (refund or replacement) will be issued only after the carrier confirms loss.

Damaged Items:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please:
    1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
    2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at [americanchristianusa@gmail.com ].
  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Do not discard damaged items or packaging until instructed, carriers may require evidence.

 

7. Multiple-Item Orders

To reduce waste and shipping costs, we may consolidate items into fewer packages. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we typically ship all items together once the full order is ready, unless you request partial shipment (additional fees may apply).

8. Local Pickup

At this time, local pickup is not available. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center.

9. Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To ensure delivery by major holidays (e.g., Christmas, Independence Day, Easter), we recommend the following order-by dates:

These dates are estimates and subject to change. We’ll announce official deadlines via email and on-site banners during peak seasons.

10. Changes or Cancellations

You may request to cancel or modify your order only if it has not yet shipped.
