At American Christian, we stand by the quality, message, and mission behind every product we create. We design each item to honor God, Country, Family, and Faith, and we want you to love what you wear as much as we loved making it.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right with honor, honesty, and care.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original delivery date, not the order date.

To qualify, your item(s) must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Returned in its original packaging

Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.

Final Sale Items: Certain products (e.g., clearance, mystery bundles, or items marked “Final Sale”) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These will be clearly labeled at checkout.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at americanchristianusa@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return (e.g., wrong size, changed mind, defective)
  • Photos (if reporting a defect or damage)

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping your item back.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack securely and include your RMA.
  • Ship to the address provided (do not send returns without prior approval).
  • Keep your tracking number, we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Note: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return once received.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, even if “Free Shipping” was used (as shipping costs are part of our operational investment).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

Flash Sale Note: Items purchased during promotions (e.g., “25% off Everything”) are eligible for return, but refunds will reflect the discounted amount paid.

4. Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for:

  • A different size
  • A different color (if available)
  • Another product of equal or lesser value

If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference.
If it costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.

Note: To ensure availability, please contact us before returning your original item.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged (e.g., printing flaws, stitching defects)
  • Incorrect (wrong design, size, or product)
  • Missing

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue.

We will:

  • Send a free replacement immediately, or
  • Issue a full refund, including return shipping (if needed)

No return authorization or restocking fees will apply in these cases.

6. What We Don’t Accept

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Products without original tags
  • Final Sale items (as marked)
  • Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
